When we came back from break we had a week of scratch cooking classes. David had all day PTC which is pretty much doing maintenance around campus. Then I would go to one of the staff ladies houses for 2 hours each day and we would make different things from scratch, and have LOTS of samples too!! The following week we had to cook everything from scratch from Mon. to Friday! We ended the week off with a potlock... here are some pictures...
